What a brilliant, fresh idea Arthur’s Long Lunch is! Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. I came away from the day feeling inspired and totally satisfied with the experience. Learning to cook simple and super delicious recipes and then sitting down with friends and savouring the food was a win win for me! I have a feeling this won’t be the last time I’m at Arthur’s table.”

I never knew cooking could be such fun. It’s nice to be inspired to cook instead of cooking for the function of eating a well balanced meal. Love all the flavours and the meals are all so easy to make.
Arthurs’ Long Lunch with Helen and Jane in Studio 3 was the most wonderful cooking class I have ever been to. I have done so many cooking classes and never cooked the dish because it was too hard when I got home.
This was the one time, I could actually cook everything on the recipe book. It exceeded my expectations because you learn how to cook 5-star fine dining meals which are quick, easy, cheap and fun.
I met some fantastic people who all had the intent of having fun while learning. I am just so happy that I can cook the whole family professional food and also have a signature dish to take to friends/family celebrations.
Miss Jane has proven her culinary acrobatic self to me several times since we met. But the lesson followed by the amazing meal was something I can’t wait to do all again. Thanks for sharing some trade secrets and enabling me to become the cook I always wanted to be. Helen put on a great space and the setting was super delightful!
