Jane’s professional career began as a formally trained chef, enabling her to work with some of Sydney’s great visionaries in the world of fine food. Jane prepared dining experiences in globally renowned restaurants such as Watermark & Wockpool, closely working with luminaries Neil Perry and Kylie Kwong where her love of Asian cuisine was developed and constantly refined.
Since 1999 Jane has been food styling professionally on a freelance basis with all of Sydney’s foremost photographers and Australia’s leading food and lifestyle monthly magazine publications. Jane’s styled creations have been viewed millions of times, by literally millions of individual food consumers.

Jane is also a proficient food editor and custom develops unique recipes based on her diverse cooking and styling experience; Jane was the food editor and food stylist of Coles magazine for over 10 years.
