Croissants, fried eggs, soft mozzarella cheese, fresh tomato slices and some greens. These eggs are packed with goodness and a tasty toasted croissant to boot. A mixture of cultures and classics come together to create this delicious morning meal.  Fried eggs and new and different way.

This super quick breakfast will satisfy your taste buds and have you ready for the rest of the day.

I love toasting some bread/ bagels/ sourdough and filling it with fresh delicious produce. The list is endless and each time its unique . French style comes for the croissant- I really only eat croissants on special occasions or the odd weekend. This is a great way to make a meal of it and enjoy the indulgence.
